Ordering

After you place an online order for your Lake Erie clothing, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation e-mail (after the item has shipped). Make sure that support@erieshoresbeachlife.com is marked as a safe address so these emails do not go into your spam folder.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Delivery Charge

Standard shipping is via USPS and is a flat $5.99.

 

When will you ship?

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of the order being received.
